Youth meeting and Awareness session Back

Youth committee meeting of Ulsoor, KVN and Village was held on 11th November 2018 under the leadership of youth committee leaders. The youth themselves arranged the meeting and initiated to conduct the meeting as and awareness programme with the help of resourceful persons. There were 40 youth for the session. The meeting started with the invocation of God the Almighty followed by the welcome speech by Ms. Harsha the coordinator. The FIDES Directress Sr. Sumi and other representatives of youth inaugurated the programme. The purpose of the meeting was to coordinate the youth for better social cause initiatives and to orient them regarding the need to give importance for the life irrespective of cast, religion and gender. The meeting also included the sharing of experience by the previous coordinator. It included her experience and achievements gained through the involvement of FIDES youth on her journey to success. It was an occasion for the youth to absorb few messages on the need to get empowered through different activities of youth. The activities conducted during the meeting energized the gathering to be active and alert. The awareness session by Bro. Anoop on the Life put forth many messages on the importance of forgiveness, smile, compassion, loving one self, no comparison and helping others. The session was an eye opener for the gathering to be more serious regarding the value and gift of life. The programme ended with a vote of thanks and refreshment.
