A village board members meeting apprehended on 15th September 2016 in FIDES office with the presence of all the society board members and the FIDES staffs. The members were encouraged to keep the focus on the better participation of its members. They were convinced the importance of taking loan and paying it back, as early as possible taking into consideration the needs of other members. In certain instance the failure to pay back the money which was taken from the group confused and distracted the functioning of the group. This meeting was a door to solve the confusion of the group members on different occasions and to build a strapping relationship among them.
