Society Board meeting -2018Back

The society board meeting of village was held at FIDES on 21st March 2018 with 14 participants. The meeting commenced with the invocation of the presence of God. In the meeting, various objectives were discussed such as - changing the account membership of Sr. Anna since she got transferred from here, responsibility to maintain the sustainability of the accounts, ways to improve the functioning of the society, discussion on audit reports from the government, to increase the income of the society through different aspects, need for membership of group members in different groups to be checked, to add the groups in the society only if they are interested, opinion regarding the interest of people becoming less within the group while people outside the group becoming more interested in the functioning of the group, fixing the timing for depositing money by the investors. It was decided to keep timings for depositing money as two days in a week for one hour. In order to open the accounts the members-in-charge were asked to spare a day’s time and they agreed to do so. The meeting declared the first round of opening of bank accounts to be held on April 5th 2018. All the members were asked to produce their necessary documents for approval. The people who were in need of PAN card were asked to provide the necessary documents. The group which were ready to open their account in the society were - Sworupa, Navajeevana, Jyothi, Spoorthy, Viswasa and Soundarya. The remaining groups would be given the chances in the subsequent days.
