Planning and Evaluation -2018Back

The planning and evaluation meeting was held on 28th March 2018 at FIDES under the guidance of Sr. Sumi, the directress of FIDES along with the staff. The evaluation topics consisted of group visits done by the staff and the improvement that has occurred in the groups. It was pointed out with concern that the involvement of youth was reducing each day, and that there was less cooperation of few groups to conduct the meeting. The repayment of loan amount in the group could be noticed as the main reason for the non-cooperation within the group. The other topics evaluated were - distribution of non-adoption money held in Ulsoor, KVN and Village, the decision of the administration to remove the less cooperative groups or people from the group, the auditing being held within the groups in various working areas, opening of new accounts in the groups, and regarding the inauguration of new building at Kaverinagar. It was discussed that the inauguration day of the building shall be decided according to the convenience of the provincial.
