Planning and EvaluationBack

The planning for the month of February was held on 2nd February 2019 at FIDES. The main focus of the planning was on silver jubilee celebration of FIDES. The responsibilities were divided and distributed to different committees. The members are divided into committees such as food committee, water, stage, sound system, photo, video, discipline, cleaning, guest in charge, and chair arrangement. The in charges of different committees were given the explanation about the duties to be taken up by them. As the days are coming closer, the staffs were encouraged to put more hard work to celebrate the jubilee in good manner. The planning also called for a meeting of committee members and staffs in the coming days. In the month of February, an Eye checkup camp was decided to conduct in Ulsoor. The adoption money distribution also will be completed in the month of February.
