Planning and Evaluation - 2018 Back

A monthly planning for the month of August was held on 2nd of August 2018. The agenda for the meeting included the Awareness programme for the youth, Jubilee celebration of FIDES, new project for malnutrition of children, women and youth, meeting MLA to wish him on his success in the election, golden Jubilee celebration of Sr. Teresa Kayaniyil, youth meet at Yadagir and Sr. Nancy’s Birthday remembrance celebration at KVN on 14th of August 2018. The awareness programme for the youth was decided to conduct on 26th of August calling all the youth of our working areas. It was assumed that jubilee celebration of FIDES would be held in the month of January 2019. Based on the new sanctioned project for the eradication of malnutrition, an awareness session for women, children and youth was discussed and based on this discussion the programme list was prepared. It was planned to keep a day for meeting MLA to congratulate him and thank him for his success in the election as well as the support he gives to FIDES. The staff of FIDES was invited for the golden jubilee celebration on 5th of July. The cooperation of staffs and other collaborators were expected for the celebration. A slight change in the dates of NCP meeting and Children meeting at KVN and Ulsoor was made according to the convenience of children and staffs.
