Planning and Evaluation Back

Planning of November activities and evaluation of the previous month activities were held on 1st November 2018. The meeting started with the invocation of God amidst the gathering followed by the evaluation of FIDES activities in the month of October. The agenda of discussion was youth meeting to be held for the youth of Ulsoor, village and KVN on 4th November. In this point there was a decision that prime in charge of the youth should be Sr. Sumi, the directress. Other agenda for discussion was regarding the silver jubilee celebration. Here the duties and responsibilities of each one was discussed and given the in charges. The opinion of changing the date of jubilee celebration of FIDES according to the suggestion of staffs was heard by the administration. The reason was the inconvenience of the public in joining for the celebration. It was considered and clarified to the staffs that the celebration would have to happen on the same date and to cooperate with it. As a preparation of the jubilee the whole staffs and the administration decided to invite MP as chief guest and MLA as guest of honor, inviting all the past pupils, making the budget, preparing the programmes, fund raising- decided to collect small amount of money from the groups and balance fund could be collected from few other benefactors, food, sound system and other necessary aspect’s estimate, benefactors to be invited, memento and CD making, honoring the SHG members and groups and to call the volunteers for a meeting for the success of jubilee. The committees were divided and given the responsibilities for the staffs. Sr. Monica the superior suggested that the outcome of FIDES Jubilee should result in getting sanction of a skywalk in front of the office. So all were asked to work hard in the coming days. The desire of staffs to make the jubilee celebration a fest was welcomed and appreciated by the administration.
