Planning and evaluation Back

The monthly planning of December was held on 6th December 2018 at FIDES under the guidance of Sr. Sumi the directress. The agenda for the meeting was regarding the Christmas celebration and wishing of benefactors, crib making, NCP Children’s programme, Jubilee preparation, group visits, apex body and Board meeting. The meeting decided the benefactors to be wished on Christmas like MP PC Mohan, MLA Nimbavali, Saravana the Ulsoor Cooperator and few other important benefactors. The crib making of FIDES was taken up by FIDES staff. During the meeting, few guests were contacted to confirm their convenience for the date of Jubilee. As an opinion, the management along with staff decided to know the suitability of Padmashree Dr. Sudarshan as a spoke person. More over the staff were asked by the Directress to improve the public relationship in order to strengthen and sustain the activities of FIDES.
