Planning and Evaluation - 2018Back

The monthly planning and evaluation was held on 6th of September 2018 at FIDES with the presence of FIDES Directress, Sr. Sumi. The discussion involved main aspects like, to meet Nimbavali MLA and wish him for his success in the election, regarding the distribution of nutrition food for the children of our working area as a fulfillment of new project, evaluation of youth meeting held for all the youth or Ulsoor, KVN and Village and the active involvement and coordination of the team was appreciated. Auditing of the SHG group was another point for discussion. The auditing of Ulsoor and Kaverinagar has completed but in the village, few more groups are yet to complete. The evaluation and discussion also mentioned the decline of groups and the need to have constant visit in the groups. Based on this evaluation the dates for the visit were formulated based on different areas. The members of the staff also were asked to call the board members for a board meeting in KVN and Village in order to avoid confusion and to have a healthy group functioning. In the meeting, the dates for the new account opening were decided. In Kaverinagar 3 more new SHG groups were developed by the initiatives of staffs. The discussion on the buildings of KVN and Ulsoor was another focus point. Since the building in Kaverinagar does not have the electricity, it faces little difficulty in its functioning. Therefore, there was a discussion on the process to get the electricity availability in the building of Kaverinagar. The need to shift the Ulsoor office to a stable place was another point of discussion. Since FIDES does not have a proper office in Ulsoor, there is no place for meetings or any activities. So in order to have one proper place and stand in Ulsoor, the administration decided to meet Mayor and further authorities to find a solution for it. The planning consisted of few activities like apex body meeting, group visits and family visit, children and youth meeting, new account opening and auditing of balance groups.
