Planning and evaluation - 2018Back

The planning and the evaluation for the month of July was held on 12-7-2018 under the guidance of Sr. Monica, Superior and Sr. Sumi, Directress along with all the FIDES staffs. The meeting put forwarded the agendas like, Death Anniversary of Sr. Nancy, Adoption letters, Family Visit at Ulsoor, Auditing of SHGs, Planning of the project , Silver Jubilee celebration, Painting Ulsoor houses , Ulsoor building roof maintenance, and setting of computer lab. The discussion also led the need to increase the salary of the staffs and to consider the extra expenses faced by the staffs. The advice of Sr. Superior that all should work hand in hand made the staffs to think the way of doing the job assigned in a professional way.
