Planning and evaluation - 2017Back

Planning for the month of January’18 and evaluation of the previous month’s activities were conducted on 30-12-2017 Sin the presence of Directress, Sr. Sumi and FIDES staff members. During this meeting, a discussion on the medical camp was held. In this discussion, preference was given to the eye camp and dental camp than the general medical camp. For the dental camp, the target audience was determined and an initiative to conduct the medical camp in the government schools was decided upon. There was also a discussion on the seminar and awareness programme on health, to be conducted for the women in Kaveri Nagar. Suggestion for a total medical check-up programme was also raised during the discussion. But on the whole, it was decided to have a specialized check-up according to the convenience of audience and doctors. The Directress also informed the staff about the Jubilee celebrations of the province. It was announced that the staff would be given some responsibilities to be accomplished in order to make the programme successful. The Directress requested that preferably the youth from different working places must be sought and invited for the Jubilee programmes. The planning session also charted the activities to be carried out during the month of January which included adoption letter writing and distribution of money, apex body meetings, board meetings, children’s meetings, and youth meetings.
