Planning and evaluation -2017 Back

August 31st was dedicated to make the planning and evaluation of the activities of FIDES. The meeting started with a prayer and followed by the evaluation and the planning. According to the direction of the directress, the staff expressed an accurate result of the programmes carried out. In the evaluation, the staff expressed the need to organize the groups in a manner to track the youth of today to lead a better life in the society. Some of the groups added a few new people to the group and opened new accounts for the members. There was discussion and suggestion on the reason for the decline of groups and the less participation of the people in the group. The staff also opined to have the presence of the Directress for the meetings to solve the problems in the groups. The need of repaying the loan money was another focus point of discussion. According to the direction of the directress, the staff also was asked to collect the starting year of the group as the organization turns its 25th successful journey. The meeting with cooperator of Ulsoor and George, the MLA was another focal point of the discussion. The opinion of the staff to meet them for getting the permission to get place for new building or a space in the new building, was whole-heartedly welcomed. Apart from the usual activities, the Monthly planning for September consisted of life skills for the DBTech students, seminar for the women on financial planning and livelihood and youth seminar for the youth of our constituency.
