NCP meeting and leadership TrainingBack

‘Children are the future of tomorrow’. On 5th January 2019 a NCP children’s gathering was held at Kaverinagar. This location is a slum where the necessary needs of the children are not fulfilled. They live in a place where there is no much education, job and other facilities. The poverty is regular in this place. Since the children are the future of tomorrow, the need to form their personality to be a good leader in the society invited us to start a venture in this slum through attracting the children with NCP for a specific purpose. There were 120 children for the session. The resource person for the session was Mr. Antony the coordinator from Child Development and Empowerment of Women Organization. He has got creative experience of dealing with the children and forming them in various activities. The session was mainly focused on the leadership and its functions. The session also imparted input on the procedure of Neighborhood Children Parliament. There was a demo on the NCP meeting. It specifically indicated the ways and the need to develop the charter of making meeting especially for the formation of personality. The session included different inspirational videos and games. The session ended with distributing the nutrition food for all the participants.
