Planning and Evaluation Back

A planning was done on 31st December 2016 for the month of January as a sign of welcoming new activities in the New Year. The planning involved many activities like adoption letter writing by all the beneficiaries, Apex body meeting, society meeting, SHG meeting, family visit and Don Bosco’s feast. The active participation, of the staffs in the discussion, how to develop the interest within the people to have good network with the people and the staff members. During the meeting we decided to have regular visit in the field . On the occasion of planning the talk of the superior which motivated the members to do their responsibilities more faithfully.
