DEEPAVALI WITH THE MIGRANT CHILDREN
On 25 th October 2022 the festival of lights was celebrated with the children of Ramaiah colony. The children prepared clay lamps and painted it colourfully exhibiting their special talents. Sr. Sumi and Sr. Maria visited the migrant children and spoke about the significance of light. Children were told that Deepavali symbolises the spiritual victory of light over darkness.

The best thing about the celebration was it was wholly organised by the kids themselves without the interference of the animator as well. All together lighted the lamps made by the children eradicating the darkness and bringing in lots of light, hope and happiness. All the children left with a wide smile on their faces.
