A Visit by TMF Team

On 29 th may 2024, Mr chethan Kapoor the CEO of Tech Mahindra Foundation along with Mr Jegan the regional Head, Mr Shiju and Ms Romina visited FIDES to have an interaction with the students and the staff. The skill training students had organized a program for the guest. The program begun with a beautiful Prayer Dance by Ms Deepthi, Finance and Accounting student. Ms Yamini delivered a warm welcome speech addressing the gathering. To put a start for the program the guests were called up to water the plant and inaugurate the program symbolizing growth and spreading positivity. After the inauguration all the attendees were given a treat to their eyes with an energetic dance performance by the students. Ms Aleena from Medical Coding shared her experience at FIDES. Following this was a solo dance performance by Ms Anitha, her performance left all the attendees jaw dropped. All the participants were eagerly waiting for the Chief Guest Mr Chethan kapoor’s talk as it was time for his talk now. He thanked the CDEW-FIDES for the efforts and for joining hands with Tech Mahindra Foundation in their good work. Also encouraged the students to work hard to secure good jobs and utilize the platform given. Following this was a talk by the alumini who has done the Medical Coding course at CDEW-FIDES, successfully cleared CPC examination and secured a decent job at Optum. She shared her success story with the participants. The students who are really good at academics and actively participated in all the activities were a given a token of appreciation. Ms Rojaline and Ms Elba were identified as the students good at academics and Ms Deepthi and Ms Anitha were identified as active participants. Mr Chethan Kapoor was asked to distribute the token of appreciation to the students.As we had reached the end of the program Vote of thanks was delivered by Ms Karishma thanking all the participants for spending their valuable time. After this Mr Jegan offered his words of gratitude to Sr Rosy who is being transferred shortly and wished her all the best for her future mission. Following this was a quick photo session. At the end of the Mr Chethan Kapoor met the staff and interacted with them quickly as he was running short of time and departed.
