Quarterly Meeting With Decathlon

On 12 th June 2024, Sr Sumi the Director of FIDES along with Ms Vandana FIDES Staff had been to Decathlon Warehouse at Malur for a Quarterly meeting with the Decathlon team - Mrs Preethi and Mr Alex and the Skill Training students sourced from FIDES. The meeting was held to know the current updates on the number of students registered for the upcoming batches, support required and the challenges faced by FIDES. Along with this, the meeting also had involved sharing of the experience at Decathlon and their work culture. All our students working at Decathlon are overwhelmed with joy for working under outstanding and humble leaders. They were really happy and consider themselves blessed to having got this opportunity to work at Decathlon. Sr Sumi advised them to set a good example to all the upcoming batches and told them that success is a fruit of constant effort, so work hard to achieve greater heights. The Decathlon team also appreciated the students hired from FIDES, as they were really serving the needs of the company. It was also decided that Decathlon would be conducting few sports for the Migrant children and the youth in the upcoming days. Also, the next Quarterly meeting was scheduled in the month of August or September. Decision regarding the next job drive was made, that they would come to FIDES to hire the candidates in the month of July or August. Following this was a group picture and after this all together had a scrumptious meal and left.
