Meeting with Tech Mahindra Officials:

On 29 th August 2023, a meeting was organised with the Program Director for Youth Empowerment, Mr. MSB Sudheer Babu, Mr. Shiju Joseph and Ms. Preethi from Tech Mahindra, where various topics were discussed related to the sponsored program, student placement, and college visits for Mobilization. The meeting included interactions with students and staff. The discussion covered the following points:

1. Interaction with Students: Tech Mahindra officials interacted with the students, which provided them with insights into the perspectives of the Sponsored program.

2. Meeting with Staff: The officials also had a meeting with the staff, during which they discussed various aspects of the sponsored program and student progress.

3. Target Group for Sponsored Program: Discussions were held regarding the specific target group that the sponsored program aims to benefit. This involves considerations such as the student’s backgrounds, qualifications, and career goals.

4. Placement of Students: The companies that the representatives have visited or will be visiting for the placement of students who have completed the medical coding and medical billing courses were discussed. This included details about the companies, job roles, and the potential opportunities for the students.

5. College Visits: The meeting also covered the colleges that have been visited or will be visited to promote medical coding and medical billing courses. This indicates efforts to collaborate with different colleges to attract students to these courses.

After discussing these various points, the meeting was concluded.
