Christmas celebration began in Kaverinagar, Bangalore at 3.30 pm on Dec 19.
Christmas is a season of sharing. It’s also a time of parties. A Season of sharing! The Lord Himself took the lead to share- sharing His own Son with humanity. We follow His example and need to do the same. This is what FIDES did during this Christmas Season. They rolled up their sleeves to share Christ – the Prince of Peace- with the people of Kaverinagar. They made it a feast for the souls with apt messages and by distributing cakes and fruits.

Christmas celebration began in Kaverinagar, Bangalore at 3.30 pm on Dec 19. The people, children and youth were waiting for the Sisters and the animating Youth. They had songs, dance, drama and carol singing to make the day meaningful and enjoyable. All of them enjoyed to the full dancing with Santa Claus. Sr. Venila gave them the message of Christmas that Christ came to give peace and joy to everyone. kesaribath and fruits were distributed to all. They returned to their homes happy and content with the message for their souls and eatables for their body. The youth were the happiest as they took lead to celebrate on their own account, of course with the help of the Sisters- Sr. Sumi and Sr. Venila. May they continue to share their joy with those in need!
