NEWS & EVENTS

Christmas with women

On 22 nd Dec 2024 the FIDES family including Women, Youth and Children came together to celebrate the festival of sharing - Christmas, and it was a day filled with love, laughter, and joy. The celebration began with a warm welcome speech that set the tone for a wonderful day ahead. We then took a moment to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas with a beautiful prayer song sung by Mrs Swapna.

As we exchanged Christmas wishes, Sr Sherly and Sr Jacintha's kind words and warm whishes spread joy and happiness among the gathering. The students from our Tailoring department performed a wonderful and energetic dance performance. Everyone enjoyed it.

Next up was a Christmas wishing by Youth from Kaverinagar by performing a beautiful Dance performance.

Tuition Children from Cheemasandra 2 showcased a dance performance related to Christmas, those tiny legs performing to convey the true meaning of Christmas was a true feast to our eyes.

FIDES Staff and MSW Interns presented a beautiful skit that brought the story of Birth of Jesus Christ. They enacted the journey of the three wise men, which followed the star to Bethlehem to pay homage to the newborn king. Every one enjoyed it.

Santa Claus made a surprise appearance, spreading joy among the children and among the adults as well. The audience received chocolates from Santa Claus flying in the air and landing straight into their hands. This bit of the event was thoroughly enjoyed by all the participants.

Following this there was a Vote of Thanks delivered by Mr Samuel Fides Staff. All of them were given Cake and wished a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
