Children's Day And Cultural Fest
On 4 th December 2022, FIDES along with the support of Staff and few youngsters organized Children's day and Cultural fest for the children from different areas. Children from Ramaiah Colony, Water tank, M.R. Layout, Chinnagenahalli, Safal and Kondaspura enthusiastically participated in the program. The honourable Chief Guests were Sr. Rosy Lopez the Directress of CDEW, Mrs. Jyothi a teacher at Auxilium School, we also had Mr. Nagaraj and Mr. Bhaskar Reddy ,they have been supporting FIDES by providing fruits and vegetables for the tuition children and for Feed a mouth program.

The program was begun by invoking the presence of god, through a prayer dance by Quest students. Sr. Yash welcomed the gathering. The dignitaries on the Dias along with representatives were asked to light the lamp and inaugurate the day. After this Cultural fest began. The competitions were as follows: Group Dance, Group Song, Mime, Pledge Recitation and Quiz. The judges were Mrs. Jyothi, MSW students namely Anusha and Ann Mary. All the Children actively participated in the programs. Children from Ramaiah Colony, Water Tank, Kondaspura, Chinnagenahalli and kaverinagar participated in Group Dance Competition. Children from Water Tank, Ramaiah Colony and Cheemasandra participated in Singing Competition. Ramaiah Colony and Water Tank children participated in Mime. So many individuals from different places participated in Pledge Recitation. The last competition held was Quiz, Children from Ramaiah Colony, Water Tank, M.R.Layout and Chinnagenahalli participated in it. All the programs were so good and there was a tough competition among the children.

After the programs finish we had lunch that was sponsored by Mr. Sajeeth. All the children were gathered at the hall once again after the lunch. All were eagerly waiting to know the results of the competitions held. The first prize was secured by children from Avalahalli Water Tank, the second prize was secured by Ramaiah colony and the 3 rd prize was secured by M.R.Layout. All the children were congratulated for their participation in the program. The winners were awarded prizes that were sponsored by few youth namely Gipson, Anush and Maria. All the children were given books as token of appreciation. At the end of the day all were very happy, we could see the immense joy in children's eyes. This way children's day came to an end. All the children were sent home with their animators safely.
