Animators Meeting

On 6 th July 2024, there was an animators meeting for all the Tuition Animators and NCP Animators. The meeting commenced by invoking the presence of God amidst us through a prayer song.

Sr Sumi, FIDES Staff and Animators were present for the meeting.

The meeting was all about planning activities for the Tuition and NCP Children for the rest of the month.

Sr Sumi also instructed the animators about how to make tuition classes interesting. She also appreciated Ms Sreeja one of the tuition animators for her dedication and commitment in bringing up the children.

Ms Sreeja was asked to share her experience with the children and about the drastic change she's seen in them. She suggested the other new animators few ways to catch the children's attention such as make the class interesting by rewarding the students who answer or by conducting activities, appreciate them for the little things they do, and so on.

After this the floor was open for the animators to share anything they would like to. Following this Ms Sreeja taught the animators Phonics to help their tuition children read and write English.

All the animators were informed to restart the NCP at all the centers, all agreed for the same. That's how the meeting ended.
